Our chocolate bars are proudly handcrafted in Miami, USA, using premium ingredients sourced from around the world. While inspired by Dubai's opulence, each bar is made fresh to deliver the ultimate flavor and quality. 

How do you ship the chocolate without it melting?

We take extra care to ensure your Dubai Chocolate bars arrive perfectly. Every order is shipped in an insulated case with ice packs to maintain ideal temperature during transit. No mater the season, your chocolate is protected for a flawless delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your Dubai Chocolate journey right to your doorsteps.

Is your Dubai Chocolate available in stores?

Yes! In addition to ordering online, you can find Dubai Chocolate at our Icy-N-Spicy locations in Miami Beach and Miramar, Florida. We invite you to visit us for an in-person taste of luxury.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because Dubai Chocolate is food product, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, unreasonably melted despite insulation, incorrect, or if you experience any other issue, please contact us within 24 hour of delivery. We'll be happy to review your case and offer a replacement or refund where reasonable.
